Abstract

Molana Zafar Ahmad Usmani (late) is a renowned religious scholar due to his scholarly contributions to different disciplines of knowledge like hadith and fiqh. He was also participated very actively and enthusiastically in Pakistan Movement and extended his best efforts for this blessed cause. One of his prominent works is the book “The mysteries of the birth of the Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him)” This book is unique in many dimensions and provides attention-grabbing information about the birth of the Last Prophet in terms of expressing miraculous events appeared before, during and after his birth. The article is written in analytical mode to highlight the literary merits and demerits of the book. His writing style, method  of reasoning , use of verses to beautify his sentences and fluency of language have been discussed and analyzed.
